Personalized workout routines designed to cater to YOUR exercise environment.
$175 for:
1. $50 to hire.
2. $75 for two workout designs.
3. $50 for "walk-through" training session for description.
How its done:
1. I evaluate your exercise area and what exercise equipment you have.
2. You describe what your training interest is and how many days a week your going to dedicate to training.
3. I take this information and compose your workout routine(s).
4. We schedule a training session for a "walk-through description" of your personalized workout.
NOTE:
The process will take 7 days to complete and be ready for delivery.

We will start with scheduling a FREE Health Evaluation. In this consultation we will discuss your health and exercise background.
This will allow us to find out more about your current wellness status and your goals to set.
The evaluation takes 50 to 60 minutes.
The Health Evaluation is split into 2 parts.
Part 1. Health Questionnaire
Here's where we ask you 8 health question to find out your health history, (and current condition). Also, what is your needs and desire in regards to your health and body goals.
Part 2: Physical Performance Test
The Physical is an exercise test that involves:

Calisthenics - To test coordination & agility
Strength - To test power
Mobility - to test speed.
This will allow for me to determine your current exercise conditioning level (ECL).
After completion of the physical I will give a summary review of your performance and let you know what level I rank you and were you stand.
At this point if you desire to start training sessions, we select a schedule and time that works for you. and finalize the agreement!
